Personal training will greatly help to jump start your progress and gets you the results you are looking for much faster. Myself and my personal trainers will give you a program and walk you through the proper way to perform the exercises recommended to achieve the maximum results.
$55 per hour for one on one training or $20 per hour for small group sessions.
